'Sport' Headphones Can't Go The Distance, Suit Says

Law360 (September 14, 2018, 3:19 PM EDT) -- A Santa Cruz-based electronics company has been sued in California federal court by a customer claiming the company’s headphones are not waterproof as advertised and have defective batteries prone to failure in less than a year.
